Planet, Star… or Satellite?

There is a place… if you look up at the night sky in an easterly direction, u see a very tiny object with a very steady glow, same fixed location, well into the dawn. There is no pulsing… no twinkling…, just bright and steady. Is it a star? A planet? Or a geostationary communication satellite?

It’s generally understood that stars twinkle, and planets do not. However, only stars and satellites do not move around over time, in the sky. The other night, the moon sat next to it…
